Toshiba’s New Monochrome MFPs Combine Ledger-Size Capability Within Space-Saving Design

Today, Toshiba America Business Solutions, Inc. unveils its e-STUDIOTM2802AM and e-STUDIOTM2802AF multifunction products (MFPs). The latest monochrome introductions to the Irvine, Calif. company’s e-STUDIO line equip smaller businesses and workgroups with ledger-size – or A3 – performance within a compact and durable design.

Toshiba’s new print models outfit businesses with the capability to affordably print and copy letter size (8.5 x11 inch) and ledger-size (11 x 17 inch) documents. Sending sales and marketing materials electronically is also a snap through the products’ color scanning capability. The MFPs additionally feature a fax option.

Producing up to 28 pages-per-minute (ppm) along with 2,400 x 600 dots-per-inch resolution, the products briskly render sharp text and images. Businesses seeking to conserve more paper – via two-sided documents – are sure to welcome the inclusion of a standard automatic duplex unit and reversing automatic document feeder (RADF).

The latest additions to the Irvine, Calif. company’s industry-acclaimed e-STUDIO monochrome line enable small-to-medium size business (SMB) owners to affordably manage their printing, copying, scanning and faxing needs.

Touting an array of standard and optional features within a rugged and compact chassis, Toshiba’s ledger-size MFPs complete most any print job, large or small. With a 2,400 x 600 dpi resolution and up to 28 letter-size pages-per-minute (ppm) output, the e-STUDIO2309A and e-STUDIO2809A deliver crisp and clear text at a rate professionals can appreciate.

OKI Data Americas Welcomes Dan Murphy as Senior Vice President, Marketing

OKI Data Americas announces the appointment of Dan Murphy to Senior Vice President of Marketing. In this new role, Murphy is responsible for providing executive leadership and management of all marketing activities for the OKI Data Americas organization, with a focus on channel/partner and vertical marketing, along with marketing leadership.

Mr. Murphy comes to OKI Data Americas from Unisys, where he held the role of Vice President, Global Marketing. At Unisys, he was responsible for developing the company’s global field marketing strategy, leading global alliances and demand-generation activities. In his twenty plus years of experience in the marketing field, Murphy has held key positions at Avaya, Inc.; Ricoh Company, Ltd./IKON Office Solutions; and Pitney Bowes, Inc.
