Phil Kirschenmann
Vice President of Sales

After graduating from Corban University in 2001, Phil originally planned to pursue a corporate career with Pepsi. But after being introduced to outside sales in office equipment and technology, he discovered a path that was a better fit. Over the past 20 plus years, he has earned the trust of many local businesses by helping them find the right office technology solutions while building lasting relationships along the way. Phil has been married to his wife, Aimee, since 1997, and together they have three children who are all active in sports. Their son, Andrew, also joined Ultrex. After spending a year in the service department, he transitioned into sales, following in his dad’s footsteps.

Matt Corron
Service Director

As Service Director at Ultrex, Matt leads the service department with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and lasting client relationships. A native Oregonian, he has been with Ultrex for over a decade, including many years in leadership. “I came to Ultrex to stay on the forefront of technology and innovation, but I’ve also come to deeply value the people I get to work with and grow alongside every day,” Matt said. Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife, three daughters, and new granddaughter. He coaches his girls’ softball teams, and the family enjoys hiking, skiing, boating, and serving in their community and local church.

Jim Smith
IT Services Director

Jim Smith is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in the IT and technology industry. His career began at a mom-and-pop computer store during the Y2K era, and over the years he has found his calling serving behind the scenes, combining deep technical expertise with a genuine passion for helping others. He is committed to empowering organizations by leading Ultrex’s IT team in providing reliable IT support and technology solutions that keep businesses secure, efficient, and running smoothly. Outside of work, Jim enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, teaching scuba diving, and attending Salem Capitals Basketball games.

Kymber Green
Executive Administrator

As Executive Administrator at Ultrex, Kymber is a trusted go-to team member who helps keep the company running smoothly. She is known for her passion for helping people and her hardworking, down-to-earth approach. “I have a real passion for helping people,” she shared. “Though if I had a superpower, it would be the ability to talk to animals.” She has been married to her husband, Jon, for nearly 40 years and enjoys spending time with him and their four puppies. Together, they also enjoy gardening and working on home improvement projects. She lives by the mottos, “Any day above ground is a good day to be alive,” and “Never underestimate the power of your actions.”
