We’re proud to offer all of this in a unique support pricing model that allows us to provide the support you need without having to worry about billing for every hour, call, and visit. It’s our greatest desire to support you, not just charge you.

 

It allows us to do everything we need to become your full IT department and focus on what matters to you and your team. It would allow us to schedule regular visits to local locations, keep the server rooms clean, and assist staff with issues.

 

Furthermore, we understand that not all employees are fluent in technical jargon or understand how devices work behind the scenes. Our technicians strive to help your users better understand why an issue may have occurred and how it can be prevented in the future. Communication and outstanding support are some of our top priorities.

What comes next?

The first step is a network-wide review. We’ll look over your hardware and software on each supported machine and give recommendations for changes. We’ll want to meet with the key-holders to have a brainstorming session of what pain points your company runs into, and how we can help resolve them.

 

This will allow us to chart a course for our first phase of partnering together and help assess what projects would make sense to roll out to bring your company to the next level. This meeting can be as big or as small as you would like. Think less of a sales call, and more of a discussion of if we can be of good use to you and your team.

Once we’ve assessed your company’s needs together, we’ll send you a contract with our recommendations for a retainer plan, one-off contract, or hourly plan and for any equipment that we think would set your company up for the best success. Once you sign and return that, we’ll be able to move forward with the next step!

This is the best step, in our experience. Now that we’re partnering together, we’ll begin doing what we do best as your IT department so that you’re free to do what you do best in making a difference in this world.
