
Friday Closure
In observance of the 4th of July, our IT support team will be closed this Friday, July 3rd.
While our team takes this time to unplug, we want to ensure you still have the support you need. If you run into any technical issues while we are away, please feel free to use any of the following resources:
- AI Support Chatbot: For immediate assistance, you can chat with our IT-trained AI at ultrex.com/ai-support. It is fully equipped to help you troubleshoot and resolve common issues.
- Standard Support Requests: For non-urgent matters, please email us at IT@Ultrex.com or call and leave a voicemail at 541-862-1053. We will begin responding to these messages on Monday morning based on urgency and SLA guidelines.
- Urgent Holiday Support: If you experience a critical emergency that cannot wait until Monday, please email IT@Ultrex.com and explicitly state that you require “after-hours support.”
• Please note: These emergency requests fall outside of standard retainer agreements and will be billed at holiday rates. To protect your budget, we will only initiate this paid service if you explicitly request it in your email; otherwise, we will safely queue your request for standard business hours.
