The best way to get help is to book an appointment– either for in person or a remote session – either way, we live to serve! If you have a specific tech you’d like to have come out, you can select that on the booking page.

We’re currently in a beta with a ticket review page- you can log in, and view all tickets your organization has pending and completed, the amount of time devoted to them, as well as any notes/updates. if this is something you’d like to be a part of, please email Jim to get your password.
