A local school district had a host of copiers and printers spread amongst its facilities. Management of the equipment fell to the district’s IT department. Monitoring the equipment’s usage, service levels and toner/ink needs was cumbersome, as different brands using different software were in use. This proved frustrating for personnel.

The new machines were more user-friendly for school personnel, and IT was able to easily monitor usage and servicing, and automate toner replenishment, saving time and money along the way.
